Alerts, results, and reports
All batch processing status and potential match results for each inquiry within that batch can be reviewed in the Grid web interface.
After a search group is submitted for screening, that group of names is called a batch and is assigned a batch ID. If your firm is configured for alerts when batch processing status changes, an email notification is sent to designated recipients in your organization. For firms using Grid secure file transfer protocol and API integration methods to submit inquiries, updated status information is communicated via a system response file.
