About Grid portfolio monitoring
Grid portfolio monitoring is the process of continually reviewing a client portfolio against potential new risks.
Each night, new information added to the Grid database during the day is run against client portfolios to uncover and alert on possible matches. If new information on an entity identified as a possible match is discovered, a portfolio monitoring alert is immediately generated and delivered to your firm.
Portfolio monitoring offers:
Daily monitoring of your client base for risk-relevant events.
Portfolio monitoring runs once a day across all inquiries configured for this service. This daily automated process creates a new batch, with a new batch ID, and screens your portfolio against all new events added to the database during the previous day.
Immediate alerts on matches.
All matches go through the same process as any other batch submission originating from your account. Alerts are returned via the integration preferences configured for your firm.
Automated submissions. New batches and inquiry resubmissions are not required.
Portfolio monitoring submits complete client bases and automatically compares all new data elements against existing client portfolios. You do not need to create new batch requests or manual resubmissions of inquiries. Inquiries can be added to existing portfolios for future inclusion within this screening process.
