Client Alert Decisioning users with batch admin permissions can delegate a batch review to users or groups within their organization.
Prerequisites
Firms must be configured for Client Alert Decisioning to view and use this workflow.
The user must possess Client Alert Decisioning batch admin permissions to assign or reassign batches to other users.
Assign or reassign a batch to review
To assign or reassign a batch to review to someone within your organization:

Enter search criteria to locate the batch.
Select to delegate decisioning ownership to a user or group.
Select to delegate decisioning ownership to a different user or group.
From the drop-down list, choose a user or group, and select or .
