Inactivate a contact
As a Web Admin, you may be required to inactivate an active user in Grid.
To inactivate an active user:
Go to
> > .Add search criteria to locate the user and then select
to display the results.Note
To view all contacts, leave all search fields blank, and then select

to return both active and inactive users.Select Inactivate Contact dialog box.

Depending on your account configuration, the selected user may have portfolio or decisioning work assigned to them.
When that occurs, an option to reassign that work to another user is displayed.
