The Firm configuration report is a system-generated PDF report that uses straightforward, easy to understand language to describe the complex Grid screening services, tolerances, and filter settings applied for your firm.
This report provides visibility and insight into your firm’s risk screening strategy.
Use this report to:
Verify your firm’s Grid configuration and confirm settings changes.
Check whether your system and filter configurations should be adjusted when your business risk tolerances change.
Discover features and services that could improve your match results.
Satisfy audit or compliance policies and regulations.
Report content
The Firm configuration report contains information about your firm’s:
Risk profile, including your Critical-Valuable-Investigative-Probative (CVIP) event code or stage matrix, politically exposed persons (PEPs), and combined rule filters and conditions configured to narrow or target matches to your firm’s unique screening needs.
Review service subscriptions, if active. This section includes screening criteria and threshold settings for opt-in services, such as Analyst Review and AI Review.
Firm-level settings and restrictions for name matching, geography, and date of birth.
Source settings that impose special handling conditions for firm-related lists, such as iList, and monitored source lists.
