Assign an "inquiry" to review with Client Alert Decisioning

Client Alert Decisioning users with batch admin permissions have the ability to delegate an inquiry review to a user or groups within their organization.

Prerequisites

  • The firm must be configured for Client Alert Decisioning to view and use this workflow.

  • The user must possess Client Alert Decisioning batch admin permissions to assign or reassign inquiries to other users.

Assign or reassign an inquiry to review

To assign or reassign an inquiry to review to someone within your organization:

  1. Go to Grid > Review > Alert Decisioning > Assigned Reviews.

  2. Enter search criteria to quickly locate the inquiry to be reviewed.

  3. Select Assign to delegate decisioning ownership to a user or group.

  4. Select Reassign to delegate decisioning ownership to a different user or group.

  5. From the drop-down list, choose a user or group, and select Assign or Reassign.
