Assign an "inquiry" to review with Client Alert Decisioning
Client Alert Decisioning users with batch admin permissions have the ability to delegate an inquiry review to a user or groups within their organization.
Prerequisites
The firm must be configured for Client Alert Decisioning to view and use this workflow.
The user must possess Client Alert Decisioning batch admin permissions to assign or reassign inquiries to other users.
Assign or reassign an inquiry to review
To assign or reassign an inquiry to review to someone within your organization:
