View open batch results in Client Alert Decisioning
A firm or user configured for Client Alert Decisioning can assign, review, and decision a match alert directly on the Moody's Grid platform before sending the final results to their systems.
An open batch or inquiry result can be viewed and launched:
From a link provided in an Alert email notification.
From the Client Alert Decisioning Dashboard in the Grid web interface.
From the Client Alert Decisioning Assigned Reviews workflow in the Grid web interface. This workflow lists all open inquiries with one per line. Users with the proper role assignments can review and assign individual inquiries that are not necessarily associated with the same Batch ID using this feature.
From the Client Alert Decisioning Batches for Review workflow in the Grid web interface. This workflow lists open batches with one per line. Users with the proper role assignments can review and assign batches to work through and close all inquiries associated with the selected batch, and then they can complete the batch and pull reports before moving to the next batch.
